For over 25 years the majority of Ray's professional career consisted of working at advertising and marketing agencies in New York City, Silicon Valley, California and Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ray has provided design and marketing support and solutions for such organizations as Sun Microsystems, ABB Automation, GMB Architects, The City of San Jose, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Standard Pacific Homes, The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara and co-ax Valves to name a few.

Since 2009 Ray has been offering creative solutions as a freelance designer and marketer and has helped fulfill the marketing and design needs of organizations such as Amtrak, Universal Forest Products, Nashville's Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, The Michigan Cheese Makers Cooperative and Balemaster.

Ray has experience running all aspects of a creative department from design, layout, and art direction, to production management and project coordination. As a Creative Director, Ray works directly with Account Executives, Marketing and Project Directors, Presidents and owners of agencies, B2C and B2B firms.
